Hindenburgs legendary mod is an upgrade over Rudder shift mod 3, but concealment mod is still considered the best for top competitive. In ranked or randoms however I think the Legendary upgrade is much better as it lets you pick propulsion mod 2 instead of rudder mod 2 in the 4th slot. Let's say you have three Non-Freeform character slots. You love one of your characters, Captain Hats, and you want to make him a Freeform Character, and really mess with his power sets. First, you purchase a Freeform slot at our new, lower prices. This will mean you now have four character slots, one of which is Freeform. Then, you apply the freeform slot to Captain Hats, making him a Freeform character, with all of the benefits. You'll still have four character slots, one of which is Freeform - Captain Hats. The other three, including your brand new slot, will be standard slots.
Now that Freeform Slots are 3 for 6000 Zen, you can switch tons of your favorite characters at once! And of course, if you want all Freeform all the time, the best way is always to become a Lifetime Subscriber.

We’re making a change to how subscriptions work in Champions Online. The Lifetime Subscription will still be available and unchanged, but we’re shifting away from monthly subscriptions. As of July 17th, those subscriptions will no longer be available on our website. Instead, we’re replacing them with a brand new purchasable pack, Premium Pack.

Who can purchase this pack?
Anyone who has never been a Gold Subscriber, or purchased this pack before, can purchase the Premium Pack.
Can current subscribers - Gold or Lifetime - buy this pack on top of their subscription for extra rewards?
If you have ever purchased a subscription or are currently subscribed you can claim the Premium Pack from the bonus tab in the ZEN store. The Premium Pack and Monthly Subscription Rewards do not stack on each other.
There will be a separate purchase available to former Gold or Lifetime members that will add any items you don’t currently own to your account.
What happens to monthly subscriptions now?
They will no longer be available on our website. If you have a monthly subscription currently, it will continue and you will receive all of the benefits of that subscription, other than the change to free character slots mentioned below. You can still cancel that subscription at any time.
Do I lose my benefits from my monthly subscription?
Those benefits will remain with your account as long as you are subscribed, other than the change to free character slots mentioned below.
What happens to lifetime subscriptions now?
Lifetime Subscriptions will continue in the current form with no changes, other than the change to free character slots mentioned below.
Will I have to buy this pack every month?
The Premium Pack is a one time purchase that permanently unlocks these benefits on your account.
What about Veteran Rewards?
You’ll keep any unlocked Veteran Rewards you already have. If you are not subscribed, you can gain the veteran rewards by purchasing a Lifetime Subscription.
What about Bonus Zen?
You will continue to receive this bonus as long as you are a subscriber.

What about the Monthly Subscriber Rewards?
These are being discontinued when the monthly subscription ends, but anyone purchasing a Lifetime Subscription will gain access to all of the previous releases.
What happens to my gold characters if my sub lapses?
If your sub lapses, and you had gold characters, they will change to silver like they would normally. If you want to keep them gold, you will have to purchase a lifetime sub. Otherwise, they will have to be converted to archetypes in order to be played.

If you purchased a freeform slot, that will forever remain a freeform slot. You are also now able to purchase Freeform slots and apply them to existing characters.
